ABOTA NYC would like to welcome our newest members who were voted into the American Board of Trial Advocates at the National Board Meeting in Whistler, B.C., Canada, on Saturday, August 19, 2023

Michael J. Kuharski, Esq.

Mike Kuharski is known for some of the highest jury verdicts in New York.  Our new inductee has dedicated his entire legal career to taking the cases of his most seriously injured clients to trial. This dedication to excellence has paid off time, and again, in the form of multi-million-dollar jury verdicts for his clients. His courtroom successes have earned him national peer recognition and we are honored to add him to our NYC ABOTA family.

Michael J. Morris Esq.

Mike Morris is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in suits involving medical malpractice, professional liability, general liability, labor law and motor vehicle accidents. The National Law Journal featured Michael in its “Winning” issue as one of 10 litigators from across the country who exemplifies the qualities of a great trial attorney and naturally, we are thrilled to welcome him to NYC ABOTA membership..

Patrick J. Mullaney, Esq.

Pat Mullaney has been practicing for over 20 years and has been a tireless courtroom advocate for his clients such as construction workers, civil service workers (Court Officers, Court Clerks, Police Officers, Firemen, Sanitation Workers, Teachers).  His reputation as a trial attorney is so well known that he tries cases on behalf of other law firms, who retain him as trial counsel in serious injury cases when they are unable to settle a case for fair and reasonable compensation. It is our great pleasure to welcome him into our NYC ABOTA group.
